What You’ll Need:
Cottage Cheese – I like using the whipped version. I find it creamier and less “cottage cheesy” if that makes any sense.
Blueberries – I try to grab a few in my hand before purchasing to make sure that they have a hard texture.
Strawberries – Make sure to check the bottom of the container before picking out your strawberries. I always open the box to make sure none are moldy and still firm. Before putting them in your fridge, first cut them into bite size pieces and place in a container so that they stay fresh for longer.
Sliced Almonds – I buy the Trader Joe’s pack because they’re cost effective
Coconut Chips – I buy the Trader Joe’s pack because they’re cost effective too 🙂 These are great for really any breakfast bowl combination when you want to add a crunch.
Chia Seeds – Whether in a smoothie or a bowl, this is a great way to get some extra nutrients and fiber.
