I’m obsessed with these garlic knots. The sun-dried tomatoes add a hint of tartness that makes these irresistible. Plus, they’re a perfect snack when I’m on the go and don’t have access to a fridge.
What You’ll Need:
Pre-Made Pizza Dough – Trader Joe’s Garlic & Herb dough is unreal. Yes, you can absolutely add some seasoning to other type of pre-made pizza dough if you don’t have a Trader Joe’s nearby. However, if you’re able to buy this specific dough from Trader Joe’s then I recommend doing that. It’s an easy ingredient to stock up on and store in your freezer when you don’t necessarily have time to make it to a grocery store.
Sun-Dried Tomatoes – I also love using Trader Joe’s Sun-Dried tomatoes that come in a jar. I store them in my fridge and I love how long they last. I put them in salads, use them when roasting salad and of course, add them to my yummy garlic and herb knots.
Freezer-Friendly:
These knots can be easily stored in the freezer for a later use. A great way to defrost them is by letting them sit out for 4 hours on your counter and you can heat them in your oven on a low heat. Try 275 degrees or 300 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
