Tzatziki Dip
I love making this dip. It's a great healthy alternative when hungry for a snack. It pairs well with carrots, celery, radishes, pita chips, cucumbers, bell peppers...the list goes on and on!
Ingredients
- 15.9 oz plain full-fat Greek Yogurts 2% I use 3, 5.3oz containers
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 persian cucumber
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the excess liquid from the top of the yogurt and add to a bowl.
- Finely chop the dill and add to the yogurt.
- Shred the cucumber and squeeze out all excess liquid. You can use a cheesecloth or paper towel.
- Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and enjoy!
