Tuna Casserole (Gluten Free)

This is the best cheesy, creamy tuna casserole you'll ever make!

- 1 box quinoa pasta I used a 16oz box
- 15 oz tuna in water I used 3, 5oz cans
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese separated in half
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
Pre-heat your oven to 375° F.
Place tuna and mayo in a mixing bowl. Mix well until it becomes a creamy texture.
Cook your pasta in a large pot per package instructions, then drain.
Add your tuna, 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
On a medium-low heat, mix all of the ingredients until the cheese melts in the pasta.
Spray a 9" x 13" pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place your tuna mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the additional 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top.
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until your cheese becomes golden brown and delicious!
