Tzatziki Dip

I love making this dip. It's a great healthy alternative when hungry for a snack. It pairs well with carrots, celery, radishes, pita chips, cucumbers, bell peppers...the list goes on and on!

Ingredients
  

  • 15.9 oz plain full-fat Greek Yogurts 2% I use 3, 5.3oz containers
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 1 persian cucumber
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain the excess liquid from the top of the yogurt and add to a bowl.
  • Finely chop the dill and add to the yogurt.
  • Shred the cucumber and squeeze out all excess liquid. You can use a cheesecloth or paper towel.
  • Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well and enjoy!
